UK Millionaire Maker
UK Millionaire Maker is an additional game played alongside EuroMillions which guarantees that two UK EuroMillions players will win £1 million each in every draw. Players are automatically entered into the Millionaire Maker draw when they take part in EuroMillions and receive one code for every line they purchase for the main game.
Millionaire Maker numbers are automatically generated and consist of four letters and five numbers. All entries are printed on the bottom of each EuroMillions ticket and players must exactly match the code drawn to the code on their ticket in order to win the £1 million prize.
How to Check Your Results
To check your Millionaire Maker code, visit the EuroMillions Results page, where you can also find out if you won a prize in the main EuroMillions draw.
The Millionaire Maker Game
Your odds of winning the Millionaire Maker prize change from draw to draw as they are based on the number of EuroMillions tickets sold in the UK for each game. As an estimate, your chances of winning a prize in Tuesday’s draw are approximately 1 in 1.9 million, while Friday’s draw sees these odds increase to 1 in 2.95 million.
If you have matched the Millionaire Maker code exactly, you will need to claim your prize within 180 days of the draw. Once this deadline has passed, the prize will expire and will be transferred to the Good Causes Fund. You can reduce your chances of losing out on a big win by playing online, as you will receive a notification if you win a prize.
History of the Millionaire Maker
Originally known as Millionaire Raffle, Millionaire Maker was first played on Friday 13th November 2009 and created at least two UK millionaires every week. Changes to the game in September 2016 saw the number of guaranteed £1 million prize winners in each draw increase from one to two, which means that four brand-new millionaires are created every week in the UK thanks to EuroMillions.
In the EuroMillions draws held in the final full week of the month, a special promotion known as Mega Week is held, offering multiple Millionaire Maker prizes of £1 million as well as luxury lifestyle prizes.
Millionaire Maker frequently holds special promotions such as the Millionaire Month from November 25th to December 23rd 2011, where a total of 50 millionaires were made.
