Appeal for lottery winners to come forward
The company who run the National Lottery and the UK arm of the Euro Millions Lottery have put out an appeal for lottery winners to come forward in a unique way. It’s “National Down the Back of the Sofa” month with the National Lottery and Euro Millions Lottery, as lottery organisers appeal for players to check in all those unusual places in the hunt for lost lottery tickets.
The National Lottery say a massive £9 million is currently unclaimed in lottery prizes from both the UK Lotto and Euro Millions Lottery, and all of it is from UK Lottery players.
Of this £9 million, four of these prizes are Millionaire Raffle prizes, and each worth £1 million. These lottery tickets are out there, and it’s quite possible they may be down the back of your sofa!
