EuroMillions and Mega Friday Results for Friday 26th June 2015

The EuroMillions draw on Friday 26th June produced one jackpot winner as a player from Portugal struck lucky to pocket £17.9 million (€25.2 million). Ten UK ticket holders also had pretty much the perfect weekend as they each matched one of the ten Millionaire Maker codes available as part of Mega Friday. Each of the ten winners becomes £1 million richer and will get to fly off on a luxury two-week holiday with a guest to either Bali, Thailand or the Maldives.

The winning EuroMillions numbers on Friday were 3, 6, 10, 19 and 24 with Lucky Stars 5 and 7. As well as the jackpot winner, there were an impressive 19 participants from across the continent who matched five main numbers plus one Lucky Star to each land £63,382 (€81,025). Five of the players in this category came from the UK, and there were another six UK ticket holders among the 19 entrants who matched five main numbers to each pocket £21,127 (€27,008).

There were well over 3 million other prize winners, bagging rewards ranging from £2.90 (€3.70) for matching two main numbers to £1,320 (€1,688) for matching four main numbers plus two Lucky Stars. Portugal’s jackpot winner gave the country the biggest share of the prize pool, but it was the UK who had the most prize winners out of all the nations taking part as 906,496 players earned money. France trailed in a distant second in terms of the number of prize winners with 605,082, while Spain’s tally of 573,905 put them in third.

Many parts of Europe are expected to enjoy a heatwave this week and you can make it a summer to remember by landing one of EuroMillions’ great prizes. The jackpot will stand at £10 million (€15 million) for Tuesday’s draw so make sure if you are picking up an ice cream to get hold of a ticket at the same time.
