EuroMillions Jackpot Estimated at £22 / €27 Million

Tonight sees the Friday night EuroMillions draw take place and the jackpot is estimated at £22/€27 million. This top prize has rolled over from Tuesday’s draw as players failed to match the numbers drawn in the EuroMillions results. This means that tonight players will be hoping that luck will be on their side and they can match the five plus two number combination to walk away jackpot winners. However, will that be the case for any ticket holders or will the EuroMillions jackpot rollover for the second time?

If the jackpot is won tonight it will be the third top prize win of the year of the EuroMillions. The first win of 2012 took place on the 6th January when two ticket holders from Spain and France matched the numbers drawn to split the jackpot that came out at just over £60/€73 million. The next win then took place in last Friday’s draw (20th January) when one ticket match the results and took home the entire jackpot that came out at £40,627,241/€48,895,464. This particular jackpot was won by one ticket bought in the UK and earlier this week these new EuroMillions jackpot winners came forward to collect their prize.

The desired ticket holders are in fact a couple from Mansfield, Nottinghamshire named as Gareth and Catherine Bull. Mr Bull actually bought the ticket whilst sheltering from the rain inside a shop and he used the Lucky Dip facility. His wife thought he was teasing her when he first said that they had won, however she had to go online and double check what the EuroMillions results from that particular draw were.

If you want to emulate the success of these EuroMillions winners, then you have to be in it to win it, so have your tickets ready for when the EuroMillions takes place later on this evening.
