EuroMillions Jackpot Won By French Ticket

The results from the EuroMillions draw on Friday night reveal that nearly three million ticket holders each won a prize across all of the 13 different tiers. Further to that, the results also show that the EuroMillions jackpot that was available to win on Friday night came out at £23,341,756/€27,094,319 and was won by a French ticket holder. This means that the top prize in the EuroMillions now goes back to basics and will be worth an estimated £12/€15 million for the next draw which will take place on Tuesday.

In case you missed them the EuroMillions results were 7, 27, 30, 40, 43 and the Lucky Stars were 8 and 9. This results show that the two of the least often picked out numbers made an appearance in the results and these were 27 and 43. Also the Lucky Star number 8 was drawn on Friday which is actually one of the more popular Stars to be selected has it has appeared 16 times since the 10th May 2011.

In addition to the jackpot winner, there were two ticket holders that matched 5 plus 1 Star to split the second tier prize which meant that they both took home a respectable £629,166/€907,074. Also nine players matched five numbers correctly to win £46,604/€67,191.

As already stated the next EuroMillions jackpot available to win is estimated at £12/€15 million. It will be interesting to see if this jackpot will start to rollover or if any players will match the EuroMillions results and take home the top prize come Tuesday night.
