Double Rollover for the EuroMillions
The EuroMillions draw on Friday 15th October saw no players manage to match the winning Euromillions Numbers so the jackpot is now worth an estimated £30/€34 million. This is now October’s first Double Rollover for the EuroMillions – meaning that if it continues to rollover we may well witness another impressive jackpot available to win from this pan-European lottery. This month has already seen one very fortunate UK couple, Dave and Angela Dawes win the Mega Jackpot of £101/€117 million so who knows, you could be Octobers second jackpot winner when the next draw takes place tomorrow night.
In case you missed them the results from Friday night’s Euromillions draw were numbers 12, 23, 29, 32, 47 and the two Lucky Stars were 3 and 5. These results reveal that the two Lucky Stars that were drawn are the most common picked out numbers – number three has been picked out 103 times and number five 101 times. In addition to that they are also one of the most commonly picked pairs appearing 16 times together.
As there are a total of 13 different tiers on the EuroMillions there were over three million players that all won a prize in Friday night's draw – even if the jackpot did remained untouched. Even though the number 13 can be classed as unlucky for some, 13 lucky players matched 5 numbers and one Lucky Star to each take home £93,334. In addition to that 2,745 players won £64.40 and also over 100,000 players each won one of the smaller prizes of £8.00 by matching three of the main numbers drawn out.
The next EuroMillions draw will take place on Tuesday 18th October 2011 so make sure you have your tickets ready when the numbers roll out and see if you can match the EuroMillions results! You never know you could follow in the footsteps of the other lucky players this month and become a millionaire overnight!
