EuroMillions Rolls Again

The EuroMillions jackpot rolled over yet again on Friday 26 August, so the final draw of the month on Tuesday 30 August will offer a top prize of around £86 million. Once upon a time it would have been quite a rare thing for the EuroMillions jackpot to roll over eight times in a row, but consecutive rollovers are a lot more common since the addition of two more Lucky Star numbers earlier in the year and we think that huge jackpots such as this are something that we will soon consider to be fairly commonplace.

Of course, even if we eventually grow accustomed to playing for massive EuroMillions jackpots of £40 million, £80 million or even more, that won’t in any way reduce the impact that winning such a vast amount would have on our lives. Tens of millions is a staggering sum no matter which way you slice it, and although we may quickly get used to the idea of playing for (say) £80 million or more, actually pulling it off would take a lot longer to come to terms with.

The good news is that anyone who wins tonight’s £86 million EuroMillions jackpot will be able to come to terms with their win in style. Maybe they will jet off to some remote tropical paradise and spend a few months thinking carefully about what they will do with their cash. Or maybe they would prefer to throw a spontaneous party for their friends and family members, handing out promises of cash gifts with no more thought than they would give to handing out sandwiches at a tea party.

At this point in time, everything is speculation and everyone who buys a EuroMillions lottery ticket can enjoy the fact that they could well be the next person to beat the odds and win a life-changing fortune. So, will it be you who lands the £86 million jackpot tonight? Or will the jackpot roll over yet again? The only way to find out is to play the game and wait for those all-important numbers to be drawn this evening! Good luck!
