Two Ticket Holders Scoop EuroMillions Jackpot
The second draw of the week took place for the EuroMillions on Friday and with a jackpot of just over £60/€73 million available to win many players was hoping to become top prize winners. The EuroMillions results from this second draw of the year show that two ticket holders scooped the EuroMillions jackpot and one of these was from Spain and the other from France. In addition to that there were over 3.6 million ticket holders that won one of the other 12 remaining prizes.
The results if you haven’t seen them already from the 6th January 2012 were 1, 6, 10, 12, 31 and the Lucky Stars were 2 and 7. Out of the numbers drawn the number 12 is actually the second most often picked out number and it made its 58th appearance in the draw on Friday night.
To add to the two jackpots winners there were nine ticket holders that matched five numbers along with one Lucky Star to win £153,061/€220,936. Also there were just under 5,000 players that won £41.60/€60.10 by matching four of the numbers drawn, and over 1.9 million players matched just two numbers to walk away with the smallest EuroMillions prize that came out at £2.60/€3.80.
As there were top prize winners from this draw, the jackpot now resets and goes back to basics for tomorrow night’s draw. The top prize is estimated at £12/€15 million and who knows this winning streak could carry on, and you could become the next EuroMillions jackpot winner by matching the numbers drawn.
