How to Play EuroMillions

Whether you play EuroMillions in store in Portugal or online, the format of the game remains the same:

How to Play M1lhão

M1lhão (in English: "The Million") is a supplementary raffle game that is drawn alongside every Friday EuroMillions draw in Portugal. There is no additional cost to enter the raffle, as you receive a code for each line of EuroMillions numbers you purchase.

At least one EuroMillions player in Portugal wins €1 million in every Friday draw thanks to the M1lhão draw. Your allocated code(s) are found on your lottery ticket below your entries to the main EuroMillions draw. The codes consist of three letters and five numbers, for example ABC 12345. If you match one of the winning raffle codes exactly as it appears, you will instantly become €1 million richer! There is no prize for partially matching one of the winning codes. You can learn more on the M1lhão page.

Note: You also receive a M1lhão code when you purchase a ticket for a Tuesday EuroMillions draw, however the M1lhão draw itself does not take place until the Friday. You should keep hold of any tickets from a Tuesday draw until you have checked the winning raffle code(s) announced after the Friday draw of that week.
